These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anywhr Wireless. Please read them, and especially the emergency-calling section below, before you subscribe.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, subscribing to, or using Anywhr Wireless (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The service
Anywhr Wireless provides a single monthly subscription giving you permanent local phone numbers in the countries you choose, accessible from one master number on your device, with calling, texting, and data routed through local carrier partners in each country.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you port an existing number into Anywhr Wireless, you confirm you're the rightful account holder of that number or are otherwise authorized to transfer it.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Billing & cancellation
Anywhr Wireless is billed monthly in advance on a postpaid basis. Adding a country adds its zone price to your next bill; removing one stops charging for it from your next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Number porting
Bringing your own number into Anywhr Wireless ("porting") depends on your current carrier and the receiving country's regulator, and can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. We'll guide you through the process, but we can't guarantee a specific timeline or outcome, since porting can be delayed or rejected by your existing carrier for reasons outside our control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for spam, robocalling, fraud, harassment, or any other illegal or abusive purpose, or in any way that violates the telecom regulations of the countries your numbers are issued in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Emergency calling (911 / 112 / other local emergency numbers)
Anywhr Wireless may not support emergency calling the same way your traditional mobile or landline phone service does. Depending on your country, device, and connection at the time, calls to emergency numbers (such as 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, or other local equivalents) placed through the Service may not connect, may not be automatically routed to the correct local dispatch center, and may not transmit your location to emergency responders the way a standard telecom connection would.
We strongly recommend keeping an alternative, traditional means of reaching emergency services — such as a standard mobile plan, landline, or a phone physically in the country you're in — especially in situations where you may need to call for help.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this limitation.
Service availability
The Service depends on local carrier networks, internet connectivity, and third-party infrastructure we don't control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and coverage, call quality, and data speeds can vary by country and carrier.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or where required by a telecom regulator.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anywhr Wireless is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed calls, delayed porting, or failed emergency calls as described above.
Governing law
[Placeholder — to be completed with your registered business entity and its jurisdiction before publishing.] These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
